Shipping & Delivery
We ship Mateya products all over India via trusted delivery partners. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
You will receive a tracking link by email/SMS once your order ships. Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate when placing the order. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or recipient unavailability.
Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? Orders can be cancelled free of charge if your package has not yet been shipped. To cancel, contact us at contactus@drinkmateya.com or call +91 9830118145 with your order details. If the order is already dispatched or out for delivery, cancellation is no longer possible, and the refund policy below will apply.
If we have to cancel: Rarely, we may cancel your order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud. If this happens, we will notify you and issue a full refund—no cancellation charges.
Returns & Refunds
- No Returns: Due to the nature of our products (food & beverage), we do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind or dislike the product.
- Damaged or Wrong Order? If your package arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong item, please email us (with photos) within 48 hours of delivery at contactus@drinkmateya.com. We’ll investigate and, if eligible, process a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
- How Refunds Work: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Razorpay, card, UPI, etc.) within 7–10 business days, subject to payment gateway/bank processing times. No restocking or return fees apply for genuine issues.
Note: We reserve the right to reject refund claims if the issue is not reported within 48 hours or if product tampering/misuse is evident. For quality & safety, we cannot accept opened or used products for return.
